They create a positive morning routine, they may meditate, they may take time to journal or plan out goals.

Dr. Anita Petteway-Tyler is a highly skilled physician and Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist serving the South Florida community as a healthcare provider for nearly 25 years. She is well-known for her excellent bedside manner and genuine concern for her patients. Dr. Petteway often says that she was "called" for this very purpose.
Her contributions to clinical research further strengthen her diverse background and skills. She has worked as both a Principal and Sub-Investigator on randomized, double-blind studies and delivered highly impactful presentations on research and case studies in a variety of areas.
Dr. Petteway also enjoys giving health education seminars in the community, has hosted a weekly radio talk show, and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine and Preceptor for medical students at Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and Florida International University Herbert Wertheim School of Medicine.
